Anita Briem is an Icelandic actress . The most popular character she has played is Hannah, the character she was in Journey to the Center of the Earth (2008) as well as her portrayal of Jane Seymour in the TV show The Tudors. Briem began her professional career as an actress at National Theater Iceland at 9 years old. Her first stage performance was as a child in Iceland as she appeared in the stage and on television. Her career began as a child actress on the TV show Ishaan which aired at Disney Channel India. The actress made her debut in film in Shuja Ali's movie Baat Bang Gayi.
